Randelle Mc Donald
Facilitator
Randelle is a Diploma trained Early Childhood Educator with over fifteen years experience. Randelle has worked with all age groups from birth to five years in a number of roles and is currently a Director of an Early Childhood Service. Randelle believes that nurturing and education go hand in hand when it comes to young children.
Randelle has also been instrumental in the mentoring and development of her fellow educators in their studies.
Randelle believes mindfulness in the early childhood space is incredibly important. It is vital to give our educators tools for themselves and strategies on how to educate the future generations about being in touch with their feelings and the world around them. Randelle feels very strongly about fostering the emotional development of all children. Giving children the tools to engage with mindfulness is very important. BE ME does this.
Randelle practices mindfulness through dancing, taking time in nature and getting in the ocean. She also takes moments with her own children to remember to stay present. While parenthood can be challenging, being mindful and present helps her connect and be the best role model she can be.
